S.C.S. was referred to me through Garden State Tile. I contacted Chad and we reviewed the proposed job to which he added some great ideas that we included into the contract. Chad and his team started when they said they would, finished when they said they would and the work reflects the highest degree of craftsmanship.

Chad’s team left the house spotless every night and controlled the environment to avoid any possible mishaps, all of this while having a barking dog follow them around!

My wife and I hired Superior Contracting Services after reviewing their work on a friends kitchen remodel. We were extremely impressed with the work they did on our friends remodel so we decided to meet with Chad, President of S.C.S. and discussed options for our remodel. We wanted to transform and modernize the look of the kitchen either by having new cabinets installed or by refinishing the cabinets that were already there. Chad provided us with all the options we needed to make a decision and he reviewed each of the options with us in person. We awarded S.C.S. the contract and work began on time. Chad and the crew at S.C.S. finished the quoted work in the amount of time we had agreed on.

Now the refinishing and room painting in the kitchen are complete and we are absolutely thrilled with S.C.S.'s work! It is like we have a completely new kitchen for literally half of what it would have cost going the new kitchen cabinets route. S.C.S. is as professional as they get! I would like to commend S.C.S. for the wonderful job they did with the remodeling of our home. We had extensive work done to our home including a new bathroom, new kitchen, all vinyl and carpeted floors replaced with tile flooring, new paint in living room, dining room and kitchen. Chad and his team even worked through the weekend to replace our Rec Room flooring due to my daughter's recent diagnosis with asthma. His team was dedicated and often worked into the evening to ensure completion of our renovations by the holidays. My wife Sue and I had an emergency repair situation. The water from the dishwasher had been leaking under the pergo floor and sub-floor, creating a mold and health situation which was very upsetting for us, to say the least. Chad Curry with S.C.S. took charge immediately, working with the insurance company and giving us a bid that we could work with and still maintain the quality of work we desired. Chad directed us to a reasonable tile supplier who worked out the best tile, not only for our kitchen floor, but for our backsplash and living room entranceway as well. He was even able to replace the formica on our counter top and island, which added greatly to the look of our kitchen.

Having 40 years of H.V.A.C. experience and working in customers' homes for all those years, I have had the luxury of seeing great contractors' work and the not-so-great work. My homes exterior siding and roof was in need of a makeover. My roof was 18 years old and showing signs of age and my aluminum siding was 48 years old. I got estimates from three contractors and decided on Chad Curry with Superior Contracting Services. I picked Chad because of his ideas that I liked, price, start date and payment structure. I had stone veneer put on the front of the house and vinyl dutch lap siding on the remaining house. New white aluminum facia and soffit installed and new gutters and spouts. The main roof is architectural 30 year shingles and the back additions are rubber roofs. The materials used are all top quality and the workmanship is excellent. At the end of the remodel I created a punch list of items missed or I wanted changed and Chad took care of this immediately. I always get complements on how great my house looks today. I will always recommend Superior Contracting Services to everyone.

My name is Bret Ewing and I live in Lehigh Valley,  PA. My construction project consisted of a 1500 sq.ft attached "garage".

A word about myself first, I am stickler for details. I want things done correctly. Quality is my first concern, but the job must also be done on time and on budget, period. I do not compromise.

I drew plans, had the foundation, loads and spans engineered by a local architect. The final prints were submitted to the township for approval in mid 2007.  Although my original contractor was quite competent, he was working by himself and had a full time job. Multiple craftsmen would be needed for this job, it was beyond his capacity.

Long story short, I searched for about 6 months for a contractor but either could not get one to commit to a reasonable starting / finishing timeframe, had the positive references I felt confident with or had a strong enough skill set and/or support craftsmen to tackle this rather complex "garage".

A good friend recommended Mr. Chad Curry of Superior Contracting Services. After walking down the job I had full confidence Mr. Curry was the right contractor for this job. We easily agreed on a payment schedule and work commenced immediately. From start of construction to completion of the last item on the punch list, the building process was professional, precise and timely.

What is important to note, during construction Mr. Curry has the knowledge, imagination and creativeness to work through engineering difficulties as they arise and move ahead smoothly. I don't believe there is anything he won't tackle, he is quite ambitious and very capable. Although this reference may be a bit lengthy more could be said about his quality of work.

It was a pleasure doing business with S.C.S. , I will do so again in the near future as I have additional projects scheduled with them.
